Course

A 5 mile U.K.A measured course, on country roads, a fairly flat route, and a run to get a PB - See map below!

Race Limit

There is a maximum limit of 500 runners, and the minimum age is 15 years on the day. Entries are allowed on the day

Trophies

There are trophies for all categories The Gaggini`s trophy to the 1st non-affiliated team, (4 Runners to score) Race souvenirs to all finishers
