The Junior section of the club is for anybody from 8 years old up to 16. We have fully qualified coaches running each session to ensure child safety. Every week we train on a 200m track or a 400m track normally from March through to September depending on when it gets dark at night. We do different events from sprinting to long distance and sometimes field events e.g. javelin, discus etc. We also have access to a sports hall that we can use during the winter.
