Free Guest Trial Days
Come down to the club on a Tuesday (including Juniors) or a
Thursday evening at 6pm and get 4 free trial sessions. To speed things up you can bring along a filled out Guest form. You can pick up an
application form at the club or download them here.
NB:A high-visibility top or vest must be worn in all seasons

Membership Applications
After your trial sessions (or if you just want to sign up straight away!) you can apply for a year's membership. The membership runs annually from April but you may join at any time.
Anyone wishing to join the club must complete an application form and present it to the Membership Secretary with the correct fee for approval. Please see the Alan Mills or Lucia Hale for any information regarding membership, or use the email address above. The forms are designed to be filled in on your computer and emailed to us but you can print them off and fill them in by hand

- New Senior Membership
- £40
- This includes a club vest & cross-country fees
- Senior Membership Renewal
- £30
- This includes cross-country fees.
- New Junior Membership
- £20 + 50p weekly subs
- This includes a club vest
- The junior membership is for any runners under 17 at time of joining
- New Junior Family Membership
- £16 + 50p weekly subs
- This includes a club vest
- Only applies to children whose parent has been a senior member for at least 1 year
- Junior Membership Renewal
- £10 + 50p weekly subs
- The junior membership is for any runners under 17 at time of joining
- Junior Family Membership
- Only applies to children whose parent has been a senior member for at least 1 year
- Junior Fee is £6
- Associate Membership
- £10
- This is for all those people that are associated with the club, although not runners
- Honorary Membership
- This is in reward for exemplary and long service to the club
