Training sessions are held at Wellingborough School twice a week.
The groups are based upon recent 10K times

If you are not sure of your 10Km time, it is better to start in the slowest group. If you feel you could move up to a faster group please ask your coach. They will decide if you are ready to move up or give you some guidance about how to improve. Never move to a different group without consulting your present group coach first.
